1) Set the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2) Combine the bagel, melted butter, and egg white in a small bowl.
3) Firmly press them into a 10-inch springform pan’s base.
4) To crisp up, bake for 8 minutes.
5) Take from oven, then let cool.
6) Lower the temperature to 250° F.
7) Combine the cream in a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment.

9) Combine the chives and trout.
10) Spoon the batter over the crust that has cooled. One hour of baking.
11) Switch off the oven and close the door for a further hour while leaving the cake inside.

13) Unmold carefully.
14) Remain chilled until prepared to serve.
