Apple Sauce in 10 Minutes


3 Golden Yummy apples, quartered, cored, and peeled
Peeled, cored, and quartered three Fuji apples
unfiltered apple juice, 1 cup
2 tablespoons of brandy or cognac
Butter, two tablespoons
honey, 3 tablespoons
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder


1) Combine apples with all other ingredients in a microwave-safe container and seal.

2) Close the lid, leaving a small opening in one corner to let steam out.

3) Ten minutes on high in the microwave.

4) Blend the mixture to the appropriate smoothness using a hand blender or a potato masher.

5) Immediately serve hot, or refrigerate for later use.
