6 ounces of garlicky croutons
a half-teaspoon of black pepper, ground
a half-teaspoon of cayenne
one tablespoon of chili powder
one tablespoon of dried thyme
chopped roughly half an onion
1 broken and peeled carrot
3 whole garlic cloves
Red bell pepper, half
Ground pork, 18 ounces
18 ounces of sirloin ground

kosher salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon
1 egg
half a cup catsup
1 tablespoon cumin powder
Worcestershire sauce with a pinch
a dash of spicy sauce

1 teaspoon of honey

1) Preheat the oven to 325 F.
2) Combine the croutons, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and thyme in a bowl of a food processor.
3) Pulse the mixture until it has a smooth texture. Put this combination in a large bowl.

4) Put the red pepper, onion, carrot, and garlic in the food processor’s bowl. The mixture should be pulsed until it is finely minced but not pureed.
5) Combine the bread crumb mixture with the ground sirloin, beef chuck, and vegetable combination.
6) Kosher salt should be used to season the meat mixture.
7) Add the egg and stir well, being careful not to squeeze the meat.
8) To form the meatloaf, press this mixture into a 10-inch loaf pan.
9) Turn the meatloaf out of the pan onto a baking sheet that has been coated with parchment paper. Put a temperature probe into the meatloaf’s top at a 45-degree angle. Keep the probe from making contact with the tray’s bottom. The probe is set for 155°.

10) Mix the catsup, cumin, honey, spicy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper sauce.
11) After the meatloaf has cooked for about 10 minutes, brush it with the glaze.
