One-half teaspoon of onion powder
one-half teaspoon of garlic powder
freshly ground black pepper, half a teaspoon
1/2 kosher salt spoon
1 lb. of ground chuck
8 rolls or buns, each 3 inches long, cut in half
1-2 teaspoons of mayonnais

1) Set the oven’s temperature to 250 F.
2) Set the griddle to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3) In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Place aside.
4) Place the ground chuck in the center of a jellyroll or sheet pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
5) Spread a sizable piece of plastic wrap over the meat.
6) Roll the meat thinly with a rolling pin until it completely covers the pan’s surface.

7) Take off the plastic wrap, then sprinkle the spice mixture over the meat.

8) Using the parchment paper, fold the meat in half, from side to side.
9) To cut the meat into 8 evenly sized squares, use a pizza wheel.
10) Cover the buns with foil and bake for five to ten minutes.
11) In the meantime, fry the burgers for 2 to 3 minutes per side on the griddle.
12) Take the rolls out of the oven.
13) Place a tiny amount of mayonnaise on each bread before adding the burger and any additional toppings. Serve right away.
